We have clients nationwide that do not come to our office. Some have relocated, others retired out-of-state, and then
there are the out-of-town referrals. A few locals are just too busy. There is no substitute for meeting face-to-face,
but sometimes it’s just not practical or convenient to come to our office. With technology,
it is no longer necessary to have an office appointment. That is why we offer a time and money saving alternative… Express Filing.
What is Express Filing?
You forward copies of your tax documents to us. We talk by phone. We mail you a copy of your tax return and e-file your taxes with the IRS and state. You never have to step into our office.
How can I Express File with PTSLI ?
·Schedule a free telephone conference.
·We will request
records for you to forward based on our conference.
·We may follow-up with an additional information request.
·We will
complete your return, or place you on extension.
·We will mail you a copy of your completed tax return. We will also e-file your return with the IRS and states you need to file in.
Are there any additional fees to Express File?No. We do not charge any additional preparation fee for this service. Our initial conference is free. We don't even charge postage except when overnight mail is necessary.
How can forward needed paperwork?
You can old-fashioned snail-mail or fax us your documents. Note that recent IRS regulations on
tax preparers prohibit emailing of ducuments that are not encrypted. For this reason, we do not encourage emailing documents or personal information.
